Consider approval of Resolution 2022‑247R, approving the renewal of an agreement with Simpleview, LLC in the amount of $11,064.00 for CRM (Customer Relations Management) licensing for Destination Services; bringing the cumulative amount of the contract to $50,206.00; authorizing up to three one‑year renewals of the agreement; authorizing the City Manager or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.​
