Consider approval of Resolution 2021-171R, approving a Change in Service to add additional monitoring services to the agreement with Madden Reprint Media, LLC relating to internet search engine marketing used by the San Marcos Convention Visitor Bureau to promote tourism in the revised annual amount of $65,000.00 for the two remaining one-year renewals; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the documents necessary to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
