Consider approval of Resolution 2023-14R, approving Change Order No. 4 for the Surface Water Treatment Plant (SWTP) Improvements construction contract in the total amount of $234,488.64, the City’s portion being $117,244.32 for electrical modifications; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents relating to the Change Order on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
