Consider approval of Resolution 2022-154R, approving a professional services agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for an update to the City’s Wastewater Master Plan in the not to exceed amount of $696,480.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
