Consider approval of Ordinance 2024-17, on the first of two readings, amending Chapter 86, Article 2, Division 2, Water Conservation, of the City Code pertaining to water use restrictions during drought conditions; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date.
