Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Ordinance 2022-03, amending regulations and standards applicable within the Trace Planned Development District (PDD) consisting of approximately 417.63 acres of land, generally located at 5818 South Old Bastrop Highway, to establish, among other things, the creation of a “PD-GC/MF-24” overlay allowing for multi-family residential use within approximately 19 acres of Planning Area 9, located approximately 700 feet northeast of the intersection between Van Horn Trace and El Rio Street, in Case PDD-15-01(c) including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date, and consider approval of Ordinance 2022-03, on the first of two readings.

Page 282 of the packet, page 13 of the agreement shows changes in the acreage and % of residential acreage giving the max allowed units. These are shown for Planning Areas 2, 6, 7, 13. Generally the major change is for Planning area 19. I don't see these addressed in the presentation or elsewhere. What's up with the changes in page 13?

On page 18 of the agreement it looks like much less acreage of various types of open space when it's totaled. Please advise.

Response provided by Amanda Hernandez, Interim Director of Planning and Development Services:

These changes are summarized in the presentation on pg. 251 of the packet and is part of the open space calculation errors. I see the page number is not referenced on the slide, however these are all connected.

Yes, it appears the first & last column’s totals are slightly off. Staff will get this corrected before 2nd reading and all numbers will be double checked before that time.
