Consider approval of Resolution 2023-49R, authorizing proceeding with issuance of certificates of obligation and further directing the publication of notice of intention to issue City of San Marcos, Texas Combination Tax and Surplus Revenue Certificates of Obligation for the Wallace Offsite Drainage Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $4,060,000.
