Consider approval of Resolution 2023-103R, approving an authorization of Change in Service to the contract with the Greater San Marcos Partnership to add services relating to startup and entrepreneurial business assistance through the Riparius Foundation in the amount of $250,000.00; bringing the total contract amount to $1,450,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the authorization of Change in Services; and declaring an effective date.
