Consider approval of Resolution 2022-156R, approving a Change Order to the Surface Water Treatment Plant Improvements Construction Contract requested by the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority in the total amount of $266,893.94 with the City’s portion being $52,667.82 to upgrade select line items; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents relating to the Change Order on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
