Consider approval of Resolution 2025-158R, approving Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Guerra Underground, LLC for the Dunbar Water and Wastewater Improvement Project in the amount of $604,034.24 for a total contract price of $6,889,344.96; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the change order on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
