Consider approval of Resolution 2023-16R, approving an agreement with Rush Truck Center, through the Texas BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase and delivery of Hino L6 Dump Truck in the amount of $107,000.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
