Consider approval of Resolution 2022-193R, approving a Change in Service to the agreement with Iteris, Inc., for a sole source procurement to renew Tactics Software Services in the estimated annual amount of $14,000.00 making the total contract amount of $58,500.00; and authorizing three optional one-year renewals; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service; and declaring an effective date.
