Consider approval of Resolution 2021-138R, approving an agreement with the Icon Properties Ltd. providing for the City to purchase an approximately 2,992 square foot portion of land out of 1102, 1104 & 1106 Academy Street for a price of $80,000.00, together with associated closing costs, in connection with the Sessom/Academy Drainage and Infrastructure Improvements project; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute said agreement; and declaring an effective date.
