Consider approval of Resolution 2023‑211R, authorizing Change Order No. 11 to the construction contract with Seidel Construction, LLC., relating to the Fire Station No. 6 project, to provide for replacement of a generator, increasing the contract price by $139,807.07; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the appropriate documents relating to the change Order on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
