Consider approval of Resolution 2021-106R, approving a contract with Freeit Data Solutions, Inc., through the cooperative purchasing agreement with the Texas Department of Information Resources, in the amount of $355,981.48 for network hardware and software at the new Public Services Complex and the Police Department Renovations and Additions project; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
