Consider approval of Resolution 2022-72R approving the renaming of City Recreation Hall (located within City Park) to Pauline Espinosa Community Hall; authorizing the Interim City Manager to install any signs and recognition plaques reflecting the new name of the facility as may be appropriate; and declaring an effective date.
