Consider approval of Resolution 2025-159R, approving Change Order No. 3 with Jerdon Enterprise LP, for the Sessom Creek Bank Stabilization & Wastewater Replacement Project in the amount of $115,949.13 for a total contract price of $2,738,516.97; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the change order on the behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
