There are some oddities in the packet under this one. A blank application on page 327. The same map in the packet for #16 and #15 (pages 297 and 328).
Page 327 and 330 appear to be the same request. Page 328 and 331 are the same map. Same for 329 and 332.

Pages 330-332 is the applicant’s appeal letter. Pages 325-329 is Staff’s response letter in which we include a copy of the Appeal Application for their use and a copy of their letter for reference. The map on page 328 differs from page 297 in that they identify the request for this item in red (attached).
Unlike Item #15 this item is only in the Light Industrial portion of the development. A compromise was not proposed as there only appears to be the two options:
1. Deny the appeal and require they go underground
2. Approve to allow the overhead installation.
