Receive a Staff briefing and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Resolution 2022‑236R, authorizing the installation of segments of a city wastewater line outside the boundaries of an existing Public Utility and Drainage Easement within Jaycee’s Park, located at 1907 Lancaster Street, for the purpose of protecting existing trees within the Public Utility and Drainage Easement from being cut or damaged; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute this amendment on behalf of the City; and consider approval of Resolution 2022‑236R, and declaring an effective date.
