Consider approval of Resolution 2022-105R, authorizing a Change in Service to the agreement with American Signal Corporation previously procured through the Texas Interlocal Purchasing System to upgrade the existing emergency warning siren system to make emergency sirens automatic in the amount of $17,610.00; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
