Consider approval of Resolution 2025-161R, approving a Change in Service to the contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., to increase contract capacity and scope to allow the city to expedite the emergency rehabilitation design of the Cape Road Bridge in the amount of $601,000.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the Change in Service on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
