Hold discussion regarding the Neighborhood Commission Recommendation Resolution 2024-01RR-NC, encouraging the Council to return the number of unrelated individuals to two unrelated persons in the Development Code; and provide direction to the City Manager.

Response provided by Amanda Hernandez, Director of Planning & Development Services:
Yes, A City Council committee consisting of Councilmembers Garza, Gleason, and Mendoza was appointed in October, 2023. This committee has not met due to being a lower priority compared to other projects that are more time-sensitive.
