Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against Resolution 2022-251R, approving a Development Agreement with Harris Hill Residential Land Holdings, Ltd. providing for annexation and regulating the development of approximately 97.05 acres of land in the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction located near the 4400 Block of State Highway 21 with future road frontage on FM 110; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; and providing an effective date, and consider approval of Resolution 2022-251R.
