The City Council will convene in executive session pursuant to the following section of the Texas Government Code: Section §551.071: Consultation with Attorney: to receive legal advice regarding:
A. construction related matters at Fire Station No. 2; and
B. applicability of, and standards for exemptions from the requirement for landowner consent to annexation under Section 86.003 of the San Marcos City Code when requesting utility service outside the city limits.
