Budget Policy: I corrected “Strategic Initiatives” for proper capitalization. And changed “a modest increase in funding” to “continued funding” for the animal shelter partners. While we may only expect a modest increase in the budget, each partner’s share can change more significantly since the allocation is based on actual intake, which can vary more significantly from year to year.
