Consider approval of Resolution 2022-122R, awarding a construction contract to L.J. Power, Inc. for Generator, Maintenance, Repairs and Parts for the Water/Wastewater Division of the Utilities Department in the estimated annual amount of $23,000.00 and authorizing three additional one-year renewals; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
