Consider action, by motion, or provide direction to Staff regarding the following Executive Session item held during the Work Session and/or Regular Meeting pursuant to the following section of the Texas Government Code: Section §551.071: Consultation with Attorney: to receive legal advice regarding:
A. construction related matters at Fire Station No. 2; and
B. applicability of, and standards for exemptions from the requirement for landowner consent to annexation under Section 86.003 of the San Marcos City Code when requesting utility service outside the city limits.
