Consider approval of Resolution 2021-182R, approving a contract to provide funding to Mermaid Society SMTX in the sum of $25,000 from American Rescue Plan Funds for the purpose of supporting the Mermaid Festival which will support the recovery of the community from the COVID-19 Pandemic; and declaring an effective date.
