Consider approval of Resolution 2024-63R, approving a professional services agreement with Ardurra, Inc., to provide owner advisor services for the second Wastewater Treatment Plant Project, in the estimated amount of $3,896,204.00; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
