Item 19: Thoroughfare & Bicycle Plans

Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or against proposed amendments to Appendix A - Thoroughfare Plan and Appendix G - Bicycle Plan of the Transportation Master Plan that would modify various roadway alignments and bicycle facility classifications.

I see "No Action" on the calendar, but can we discuss tonight at all?
Or is this just the Public Hearing step?

Response provided by Amanda Hernandez, Assistant Director of Planning:
I do not see any reason Council can not discuss. However, Council should not make any motions or provide direction at this evening’s meeting. There will also be a public hearing on 12/15 so there is additional time for discussion at that meeting.
