Consider approval of Resolution 2022-24R, awarding a construction contract to Archer Western for the Surface Water Treatment Plant Improvements project in the total amount of $12,945,554.10 with the City’s portion being $5,863,444.05 pursuant to the terms of an interlocal agreement between the City, Alliance Regional Water Authority and Guadalupe Blanco River Authority; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the contract on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
