Consider approval of Resolution 2022-162R, authorizing a Change in Service to the agreement with Dr. Tania Glenn & Associations, PA relating to the provision of medical services to City of San Marcos first responders when needed in the annual contract amount of $32,000.00 and authorizing additional annual renewals at the same annual amount; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the appropriate documents to implement the Change in Service on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
