Consider approval of Resolution 2024-140R, approving a developer participation agreement with Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., providing for the city to participate in the cost of waterline construction along Staples Road to cover the cost of additional improvements needed by the city in an amount not to exceed $2,340,876.46; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
