Suggestion:
ARTICLE 9. COMMITTEES
(B) Each committee must be established by an affirmative vote of the board (or commission). Each committee shall consist of at least three board (or commission) members approved by the board (or commission).
ADD something to the effect of "cannot be a quorum of the board/commission."
Article 11 General Powers and Duties
Fix typo in first sentence. "ae" should be "are"
Should we also include, no discussion on personnel matters at any time, since it could happen on any item on an agenda even if that agenda item isn't personnel-related? This can be part of the second sentence.
Should we ADD something in this Article so it's not totally negative about "powers and duties?"
