Consider approval of Resolution 2023-153R, approving a contract with Axon Enterprises, Inc., through the Texas BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative for the purchase of law enforcement body cameras and related supplies and technology in the amount of $3,994,049.12 over a five (5) year period; authorizing the City Manager or her designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
