Consider approval of Resolution 2022-163R, approving an agreement with Knight Security System, LLC for Security Video & Access Control Maintenance in the estimated annual amount of $109,328.88 for an initial two year term with the option to extend the agreement for three additional annual terms; authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
