Did we get the revised SMART goals? I wouldn't want to increase their pay until we've seen that they can be held accountable to the standards awarded by these raises.
Also, considering they are public, why were the anonymized comments and their agreed upon goals not attached to the packet for the public to see and justify our raises as they relate to their evaluations?
