Does increasing the cut and fill on sloped property increase risks of flooding or impact their required retention/drainage requirements? Is the 7% that requires extra cut and fill in the more flood-prone parts of this development?

Response provided by Richard Reynosa, Assistant Director of Engineering/CIP:

Increasing the cut and fill does not increase the risk of flooding or impact the retention/detention requirements. Less than 20% of the increased cut and fill areas are within the floodplain or buffer zones.
