Consider approval of Resolution 2021-197R, approving an agreement with The Brandt Company, LLC, through the Texas BuyBoard Cooperative, for repairs to the City’s Convention Center HVAC System in the amount of $79,600.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
