Consider approval of Resolution 2021-109R, supporting and authorizing the submission of applications by the Parks and Recreation and Engineering Departments to the Hays County Parks and Open Space Advisory Commission (“POSAC”) for Hays County 2020 Parks Bond funds to fund City Parkland improvement, acquisition and flood mitigation projects; and declaring an effective date.
