Hold discussion regarding Historic Preservation Commission Recommendation Resolution 2022-01RR, that recommends Council authorize an amendment to the San Marcos Development Code and Appendix C, Historic District Design Guidelines of the San Marcos Design Manual, to amend the criteria for approval of local historic landmarks and local historic districts and provide direction to the City Manager.
