Consider action, by motion, or provide direction to Staff regarding the following Executive Session item held during the Work Session and/or Regular Meeting:
1. Section §551.071 of the Texas Government Code: Consultation with Attorney: To receive advice of legal counsel regarding the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Pursuant Ventures Development, LLC for the San Marcos Sportsplex Project; and
2. Section §551.087 of the Texas Government Code: Economic Development to receive a briefing and deliberate regarding the Project Robot.
