Hold Discussion on possible amendments to the Council Committee Rules of Procedure and provide direction to the City Manager.

Can we clarify that if two Council members ask to put something on the agenda for their committee that they may not be overruled by staff? Also, is it possible for two Council Members to put something on an agenda for a committee they do not serve on? If something is deemed not eligible for a committee can the default be that the item be placed on the next public agenda?
