Consider an appeal of the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission to deny CUP-21-17, a request by John Mark Slack, on behalf of Mr. Exotics Steakhouse, for a new Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale and on-premise consumption of Mixed Beverages at 101 and 105 East Hopkins Street, and provide direction to Staff.

Why isn't there a condition for outside music? I know that there is no outside space but unless there is a condition stating "no" then couldn't they put speakers outside and run them as loud as they will go? This would be to draw attention to the business.

It was due to the fact that they don’t have outdoor space, but Council can always add it.
