Consider approval of Resolution 2022-175R, approving an Interlocal Agreement with Hays County providing for the County to fund $6,600,000.00 toward the City’s purchase of land east at 2701 State Highway 21, formerly the site of Quail Creek Country Club, to be used for parkland; authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.
