Consider approval of Resolution 2021-70R, approving a license agreement with Hays County to enable the City’s use of County Property along Guadalupe Street adjacent to the courthouse for a cycle track; authorizing the city manager, or his designee, to execute said agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date.

The agreement specifically mentions metered parking because the County currently owns the parking spaces around the Courthouse and therefor controls their use. With the license agreement the parking moves into the ROW and the County wants to have input for any metered parking for the moved spaces. These spaces are used for elected officials and County staff as well as the public.
