Hold discussion on Historic Preservation Commission Recommendation Resolution 2021-01RR, Recommending that specific guidelines for accessory dwelling units and other such outbuildings be added to the Historic District Design Guidelines in Appendix C of the San Marcos Design Manual, and provide direction to Staff.
