Consider approval of Ordinance 2022‑62, on the second of two readings, amending Chapter 2, Article 3 ‑ Boards, Committees and Commissions, of the San Marcos City Code by amending Section 2.111 relating to the composition of the Neighborhood Commission; including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date.
