Consider approval of Ordinance 2022 102, on the second of two readings, amending Section 2.042 of the City Code pertaining to the Order of Business for City Council meetings by deleting the 30 minute limitation on Citizen Comments, and adding Citizen Comments and Question and Answer Session with the Press and Public to all City Council Workshop and Work Session Agendas; and providing an effective date.

Didn't we discuss having "Question and Answer with Press and Public" be limited to items on the same agenda? If we want to do that, shouldn't it be in the ordinance?
