Response provided by Shaun Condor. Director of Engineering & Capital Improvement:
Slide 5, page 63 notes the typical life cycle of projects. I see some of 3-4 years, other 5-7, and others 8-10. How does this square up with bonds for 20 years?
Response: The life cycles referred to on the slide are representative of the length of time it takes a typical project to be completed from start to finish. The useful life of the resulting infrastructure after completion is typically at least 20 years.
Where are we on the impact fee review process?
We expect the water and wastewater fee impact fees to be presented to P&Z this summer with the goal of presenting a final recommendation Council in Nov/Dec 2025.
